In December of 2009 JB held auditions for a band he wanted to put together. Only three people auditioned: Chris Flores (bass), Hayden McMullen (guitar), and Gabe Guevara (drums). The audition was held JB’s friend’s house in Bullard, TX (shout out to Donny Dennis). About 20 seconds into the first song playing as a band, JB looked at Donny and they both knew something magic was happening. On that night, JBMB was born!
